It was supposed to be a box with a transfer rate of 10Gb/s USB-C (M) to USB-A (M) and contain a reduction from USB-A (F) to USB-C (M) but it is a common 3.0 box with a transfer rate of 5Gb/s USB-B (M) to USB-A. Someone made a "mistake" when returning the goods.

I'm not sure if it's just my piece, but it always disconnects itself after some time and reconnects immediately. And I tried it on multiple computers and two drives(one SSD and one HDD). But fortunately, no data loss.
Somewhat stiffer connection cable, but this is not a defect!: -)
