Most vertical mice are so overly vertical that my wrist gets bruised on the side near my pinky finger and aiming in games is difficult due to altered motor skills. This one is almost lying down, so I can have my hand normally, nothing is pressing me anywhere and at the same time I am relieving my carpals. 10/10, I bought two at once.
