At first I had to get used to the fact that if I put just a little pressure on the button, I would click right away, so I couldn't put my whole weight on the mouse. But now I've gotten used to this mouse, and conversely, I find it unusual when I have to exert more force on other mice just to click. As a carpal tunnel prevention, I think this mouse is excellent, as it doesn't require much force to click and the mouse is not horizontal, but is tilted a bit (although vertical of course is not).
