I use this bracelet mostly for sports. It holds best during sports when your hand is sweating so the watch stays in one place and doesn't move back and forth which is good for timekeeping. It's just a shame that it only lasted me a year, then the plastic end in which the metal rod with the spring broke. Otherwise, I recommend it with all ten. But as I said, mainly for sports for everyday wear, it doesn't look so good

I like how the strap feels and feels on the wrist - it makes you feel like you're not wearing a watch. What is unfortunately a stumbling block for me (may not be for others) are the lugs of the quick release mechanism that holds the strap itself on the watch. Compared to the original strap (Garmin Venu 3), the lugs have much less resistance and can be easily snapped in, which is great in terms of installation, but on the other hand, the strap comes off if you lean on the watch somewhere or when sleeping with the watch. I lost my watch twice on the first night. It's possible I just made the wrong choice for my model, but unfortunately I'm disappointed for this use case.
