The pan has an absolutely unstable base and is practically unusable on a gas stove, on which it easily loses balance every time it is put down and is constantly in danger of falling. Even on a completely flat surface, it is not stable enough due to the poor balance of the handle in relation to the body. So you are in constant fear of the pan tipping over. It actually happened to me once during a moment of inattention and I had half the kitchen painted with fried onions. In addition, after washing the pan in the dishwasher, the bottom surface releases a significant amount of black scum (I absolutely do not understand how it forms there), which smears any rag and makes the hands so dirty that they must be thoroughly washed with soap. Overall, it is a completely low-quality product, which is structurally and technologically poorly designed. I definitely don't recommend it.
