The vacuum cleaner vacuums well, quietly, with good quality, and the bags are great to handle. What is unthinkable are the so-called. "soft wheels" that left marks on our wooden floor. To the touch they look like classic plastic castors. If you have a light colored floor, I don't recommend it -- I'm changing to a Phillips, which has rubberized wheels.
