After two years, condensed steam started to get into the top of the kettle as the plastic part obviously couldn't handle the temperatures. After 2.5 years, the on/off and temperature setting buttons started to peel off. Also, the thermostat for switching off the kettle at a certain temperature has stopped working and now it can only be switched off by removing it from the body. Thus, after two years, it has become a completely ordinary and non-functional kettle. For the money, I'd expect it to last longer.
As long as it worked, it was intuitive to use.
After the warranty, basically everything started to go wrong.
