I switched to this refrigerator from an ordinary “non-American“ refrigerator. What I expected (stuffing more food there) meets and still helps me keep a better overview in the freezer. It fit into my prefabricated kitchen, it' s even 2 cm less deep than the previous refrigerator.
I didn' t like the smart modes of the fridge, but I didn' t buy it because of that. I have a fixed temperature for the refrigerator and freezer.
I would say a fruit / vegetable drawer that it really prolongs the life of goods. (Compared to, for example, apples left on the kitchen counter).

He doesn' t have an ice maker.
The display with the temperature in the fridge / freezer lights up only a few seconds after opening.
Switching from full silence mode -> I' m starting to cool down may be more disruptive than when the fridge lightly cools down constantly and occasionally adds.
Twice † (we have it in about three months) it happened that the fridge became so hot that ice floated in the drinks. At the same time, it was fixed on the refrigerator how much it should cool.
If you want to have a clear freezer, you can put about the same amount of things in it as in a half-freezer with an ordinary non-American refrigerator (in which, however, you will not get an overview).
