I didn't buy it today, the bread got so toasted that I put it down for half an hour, for the sages no I didn't scratch it or anything like that, I have it for about two weeks I wiped it with a napkin maximum with the Swedish cloth and similarly the surface is perfect not scratched but poor quality and after 2 weeks everything sticks there
