Despite the reviews here, the magnets are as strong as the original Smart Folio, you just need to choose the right model. The quality is also comparable, it feels very good to the touch. The Pencil cover is a necessity in my opinion because newer iPads have weaker magnets and the stylus easily falls off. The parameters are a bit misleading, the width of 2.5 mm is only on one side (i.e. the total width according to the drawer is less than 5mm, which is again comparable to the original). The positioning disappointed me, unlike the original it has only one position which is also very vertical and therefore a bit wobbly if you want to use it on your lap. For use on your lap, it is better to turn the tablet into "writing mode" (i.e. with a slight tilt angle). A great cover for the price.
