He's been making my coffee for over two years. It took a couple of days to learn how to use it. I didn't really believe it at first. However, the price/performance ratio is very good. Visitors praise my coffee and I am also very satisfied. After two years it stopped sealing at the lever, but I wrote to [email protected] and for 99kč + shipping they sent me a new seal and it's good again.
The steam nozzle is a little weaker than I expected, but it doesn't matter, it just takes a little patience. It is a good idea to run the nozzle on empty for a minute first, then set the dial under "Start" and then start whipping the milk.
In combination with a water filter, it is sufficient to decalcify once every 3-6 months (with two coffees per day).

The coffee maker worked for 7 months without any problems, including the grinder. After that, the hot water pressure regulation/relief stopped working and the barometer still showed high pressure. I had to complain about the coffee maker because I was in danger of scalding myself with steam. As people here write that you can't adjust the amount of water, that's not true. Water can be programmed by pressing both the short and double coffee buttons.

Qualitatively unsatisfactory. It definitely won't last 2 years. Attention, ETA warranty service tries to keep the products within the maximum time limit set by law. I don't know the reason, but in any case it has nothing to do with a positive approach to the customer. Sales of the product have probably been discontinued for these reasons.

I bought the machine almost exactly a year ago, and in the meantime I am advertising the grinder for the second time. It was allegedly replaced for the first time (I did not receive any precise info, only after a month my complaint was settled), after another six months it broke down again - no, it only makes a loud noise. There is no way to get into the grinder and therefore not even to clean it. I don' t know if something broke, clogged, or there was a problem. Anyway, I wouldn' t buy this product again!
