the print quality is beautiful but the hardware is total rubbish, wifi and feeder, by default about 3 photos out of 10 print well on the first try, this printer is driving me psychiatric
if the print is successful, the photo is beautiful
the wifi is total crap, it doesn't even reach the router in the same room properly, regularly disconnects in the middle of printing
this scrap can't even get the whole photo to pool and stops in the middle because it lost connection and can't be recovered
software after each photo annoys me if I want to activate updates and downloading some of their spam, installs a lot of useless crap that you never use anyway, because it prints directly from PS
the rear magazine has the clearance of a Russian tank, small 10x15 photos are pulled in crookedly and if one pushes the borderless, a random expanding white band appears on one side

Very fast printing, photo quality excellent thanks to 6 inks, 1500 photos 10x15 on one cartridge without problems, fast connection to wifi, so far both glossy and matte paper from different manufacturers and printing without any quality change.
Noisy paper pull, inaccurate paper feeder, printer driver has a spartan interface, lacks detailed wifi instructions (fortunately it's intuitive)

It prints economically and in very good quality. It's quieter than a few years old RX 285: -). The plastics still fit well together. Apparently it is based on the model series of the old RX 285, because the old printer dimensionally fits exactly into the transport moulding (of course the ink tank box is missing) and I would say that the print quality is no different. Quite nice is that Alza gives as a bonus three packs of decent paper (300pcs), certainly in many ways more practical than a promotional T-shirt with EPSON written on it like elsewhere.
The supplied printing software has been the same for several years and in my judgement not much, I prefer to use a different one. There was less cyane dye in the ink bottles supplied than in other inks. Incredibly long first start-up time. I didn't want to believe that the printer was ok, but it really took almost half an hour for the green led to light up permanently.
