Never again. I always had a cooler box and the second time I went to the after market, alternatives. The first time was Noctua 10 years ago. That was SILENCE. However, the heatsink was over half the plate. This aftermarket ballast is a waste of money now. Box coolers have always been quieter in my boxes. This cooler can only be praised by kids under 25 who have their first or second computer. Otherwise, I don't understand. Under load it is worse than the notorious PS4 cooler.
Fits on AM4 board
Waste of money. I had a stock cooler on a Ryzen 1600X. It was quieter than the overblown ballast here. Totally unnecessary purchase. He's making a mess. The golden cooler box.

I recommend it. I didn't use the original fixing cross, it was too high even with the screws and couldn't be fixed by MB. Use the original module that came with the board.
