The box contains the transmitter part with stand and display, which is powered by batteries (included) and the receiver. The receiver must be powered from the 230 V mains and two wires must be connected to it to control the boiler. The wiring is simple. Suitable for the elderly. My grandfather likes the fact that he can take the thermostat to bed and warm up in the morning without getting out of bed.
