I bought a power bank to charge the Quest 3. Compared to the older 10,000 mAh one, I felt it didn't last as long. It also whistled quite unpleasantly when charging. For casual use, probably relatively fine, but when attached from the back of the headset to the head, the whistling just off the ear is not very pleasant.
