The device sometimes loses wifi and writes an “error“ when logging in to the network again with the username and password. The only thing that will help is to uninstall the application and reconfigure the network.

I installed the app and followed the steps step by step. At the step where I have to fill in my email and create a new account, a message pops up after filling in that the user doesn't exist (it's not about logging in, but entering the details to create an account). The authorization code arrives in the mail, but I can't enter it anywhere, I can't get any further in the app. The other phone worked fine, so we have one account and use it on both phones at home. IOS13.
Support only works until 2pm, if you install at the weekend you have to wait for help. I wrote an e-mail on Friday evening, even after five days I have no reply.
The app's environment is simple, but the app's appearance has fallen behind the times. Nothing pretty.
