The new dishwasher washes noticeably better than the old one using the same tablets. Occasionally she didn't manage to wash the overflowing pot quite well, but overall it was a bargain.
The time-based programme setting is good, the dishwasher then adjusts the washing process itself as required. The original dishwasher (Siemens from 2013) was less efficient in the eco program.
Very good is the new drying function where the door opens at the end of the cycle. It's faster and more efficient. A cutlery drawer is also good. Worse is the design of the washing baskets, where especially the upper one lacks more higher wires on which glasses and other things could lean. The bottom basket has a very high space, the top basket can only hold smaller items, about the height of a pint. More pans and several larger pots won't fit in the new dishwasher at once, the old dishwasher was better at that.
The experience with Alsa in taking away the old dishwasher was interesting. When we asked for the appliance to be handed over without water, we also wiped the dishwasher, but it was not enough. The delivery man expertly unscrewed the cap of the salt compartment where the water remained. He had them sign that there was water in the washer and drove off briskly, although the water leaked out after standing upside down for a while. Fortunately, on the next collection date, two skilful carriers with Ukrainian accents arrived and took the dishwasher away without any problems.
After almost two months of using the dishwasher, we are very happy with it.
It is not true, as stated here by the customer Mrs. Navrátilová MBA attorney at law from Brno, that it is not possible to switch off the automatic opening of the door after the end of drying. You can turn it off and we did after we tried drying with and without opening the door and there is no difference. I would also like to point out that when removing the dishes from the dishwasher, the procedure is from the bottom up, precisely to avoid dripping the dishes with residual water. In the case of this dishwasher, there is a lot of it left (or we have a defective piece) and it is a big disappointment for us. We wouldn't buy it again.
