I'm returning the kettle. Design is not everything
Very pretty to look at
It measures the exact temperature and you can set the target temperature with an accuracy of fifty degrees (55,60,65,. )
Opening the top lid of the kettle is absolutely TERRIBLE. This is done by a button directly on the lid in the middle. Again: aesthetically very nice, but functionally it is not. At best, you' ll lose your temper because you have to press it sometimes 1x, but more often 2x, 4x, or 6x before it opens. In the worst case, you will burn yourself on the stainless steel lid of the kettle (although the button is plastic, but it is small).

It works and the control is one-handed
The beep when the temperature is reached is quiet, but it's not that bad

The kettle is fast, quiet, with sufficient volume and yet does not take up space, is not heavy and is easy to handle.
It has a silent signal that does not disturb.
It has a very nice design.
If it still had coloured lighting inside according to the water temperature (we were used to with the previous kettle), it would be perfect: -)
