It's usable for inflating tyres and OCCASIONAL blow-cleaning, but if you want to blow-clean more often, you'd be better off buying something with a larger tank and/or a more powerful motor.

Small tank, plenty for inflating tyres, but useless for blowing things clean.
It's missing wheels, not suitable for a girl / child / elderly person, it's quite heavy to carry.
