The cylinder has no fault. It's just small, so think carefully about what size verticutter you need. This is really just a lady's toy.
I can't think of any outright advantage.
It is not included in the Verticutter, it must be purchased. I don't know about others, but I use both cylinders every season.
The cylinder is hard to change, it's a good thing it's not done that often.
