Overall satisfied, they are just "plugs" with all that entails.
At low volumes, the biggest disturbance is your movement, breathing, etc. That's probably why the minimum volume level is chosen quite high (but that's probably also a "feature" of most of these headphones). Don't expect more from ANC on this model than the label on the packaging. The "plug" as such does a greater service in the sense of dampening the surrounding noise. The effect of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is minimal - almost unnoticeable to me in the environments I've tested, at least it doesn't remove the dominant noise.
