The machine is perfect, it is our first such expensive vacuum cleaner and I think it will justify the high price. Using a stick vacuum cleaner is very comfortable, but after a long time it feels a little in the hand and the battery is not much, a flat 130m is just right on one charge. I especially don't understand why you have to keep holding the trigger to turn it on. The laser head is perfect, but for cleaning maniacs it's a consideration because what you see on the floor every time you turn it on thanks to that laser will freak you out and make you vacuum nonstop. We have a dog and although I thought the hair wasn't so bad, the laser convinced me otherwise.

After the first three minutes of vacuuming, a notification popped up regarding the need to clean the filter. The filter was completely clean, this notification appears constantly. Obviously this is a filter sensor error. Unfortunately, this bug has been intermittently appearing worldwide for quite some time with some types of V15 and most importantly, with mine.
Dyson.cz can't solve this problem, because they can't explain this simple problem properly, they have to record the problem on video and forward it through some app I don't have. Disappointment from Dyson's complaints department.
Small rugs can't be vacuumed with it, but you can definitely vacuum the entire rug straight into the bowels of the vacuum without it ever being on the floor again. Suction power is hard to tame.

I don' t understand how I could live without this vacuum cleaner. What the device can do in its size is like from another world. Not only is it so quiet that you think it is not working, but the suction power is absolutely breathtaking. In a house where I thought it was absolutely clean, because I am literally obsessed with cleaning, I emptied 4 containers during the first vacuuming. Laser detection really reveals even the smallest particles on the floor, and you really vacuum up everything that is lying around and can' t be seen. The vacuum cleaner doesn' t cost much, but for a lot of money, it also offers a truly incredible service. Anyone who hasn' t tried will never believe another brand of vacuum cleaner again.

I have bought this a few days ago, and out of the box, the battery would not re-attach once you detached it. Having returned it, I opted for a replacement unit. That one had it's battery re-attach just fine, however it was giving me an error about the filter needing to be cleaned.. straight out of the box. Quite frustrating. Having returned it again, I gave it a 3rd and final chance and got a replacement. I asked the Alza guys to open the box at the branch - and what do you know... the battery was faulty, again. Amazing! So, I got 3 units, all faulty - and managed to use it for 10 minutes. In that 10 minutes, it was fantastic - great suction power, easy to use etc.. but for this money, I'd really expect much better quality control to filter out faulty units!
