The fan is small and really quiet thanks to the DC motor. What sucks is that it only has three speeds, it would like to add something between 1, which is very quiet, and 2, which is already somewhat noisier. Remarkable is the touch control, where the button must be held down, and is accompanied by a red (always lit, even when the fan is off! ) LED and then any function with a blue LED. Quite disturbing at night in the dark.
When using the remote control, first you have to press the button, it lights up the LEDs even more, only the next command is received. Really unusual and I don't know why the manufacturer chose it that way, other Duux fan models don't work that way. On the plus side, at least it doesn't beep. Plus the remote doesn't look like it would last very long, it could have had normal buttons for the price.
