It works as it should - the temperature is set digitally, the bottle of milk is wrapped in the wrapper and the wrapper heats up - a bit slowly, but OK.

If you don't mind slow heating so it is a good product at a reasonable price. We returned it and prefer to pack a thermos of hot water.
It heats up dismally
Can be powered by a regular power bank
It takes a long time to heat up, 100ml of milk took us half an hour to get to an acceptable temperature.
