Poorly molded latches that hold the strap to the watch. I had to glue them on.

Hello,
I'm not going to rate the product itself, but your company. The important thing is that your ad runs countless times a day on TV, etc. I'm sorry, you'll order by midnight in the morning at the alza box? My package didn't arrive until five days into the box! Then take your advertising you know where.
