The fact that both eyepieces focus differently I understand - it can be the eyes, but the fact that both eyepieces zoom differently - that's too much! I didn't expect any extra quality optics for this price, but to make equally strong lenses at the same distances on both sides is a must. You can't look through it, those who can't see out of 1 eye won't have a problem with it, but it's practically unusable binocularly, so I'm returning it.
