The plastic broom is only loose, once a small frost has formed on the wall, the broom stops spinning. I reckon that if the program is allowed to run, the shaft will dislocate the plastic and the broom won't spin at all. To avoid scratching, the ice cream must be removed with a spatula, which is impossible. The frozen sides can't be taken out, the frozen broom in the middle can't either. I think the magic of a whisk ice cream maker should be that it whisks the ice cream through the freezing process to create a uniform mass. I don't have experience with other machines, but this one doesn't make ice cream. A freezer is enough for something like this. I'm very disappointed.

the contents of the container are only for a maximum of 1 liter of liquid, we would like a larger container. Ready-made ice cream is never 2 liters (as written in the description), but approx. 1.5 liters max.

Simple operation and production of any type of ice cream or sorbet.
Stirring only works for about 25 minutes of the 60 minute ice cream making time. Then the partially frozen mass rotates as a whole with the stirrer, and the ice cream is no longer stirred at all - only freezing, even though the stirrer is still rotating. The correct consistency of the ice cream is thus not completely achieved.
