I assumed that the pad would be sufficient in exchange for heat conductive paste for my CPU. It is not. Even though the heat conducting specs are listed as 15W/mK, which should be quite sufficient for the processor, my Ryzen 5 5600 started to overheat quickly under load. I don't know if the product is intended for less thermally demanding devices, but in any case no information other than thermal conductivity was given.
