Daily in operation for about 4 coffees. after about six months of the first complaint,. corrected, OK. 2 months later, identical defect, claim not acknowledged. I was wondering why. I found out that when I unplugged this De'Longhi and then plugged it back in a day or two or three later, the error just reset and it continued to work. if only for a week or two. but after resetting it again, it worked again for a while. I really don't have the time to fly around the claims if they don't acknowledge it just because the device resets and the service doesn't show the error. or maybe they'll show up, but if it's working, why would they fix it? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this type of De'Longhi, it is a WHOLE SHIT, now it no longer works at all, even a reset will not help. If it worked for a while, he could make good coffee. but maybe that's why it was made. Purchased 04/2021 - now no longer under warranty, purchased on an ICO, hence 1 year warranty.
