I' ve only been using the wireless mouse+keyboard combo for a while, so I can' t comment on reliability. I like the processing, even if it' s plastic. They could be the same battery size (Mouse - 1xAA, Keyboard - 2xAAA). I like function keys (but physical multimedia ones are the best).
Both the keyboard and the mouse have a solid impression, I was expecting a choice of sensor sensitivity on the mouse - there isn' t.
It' s a very decent set for the price.

I have more of them here in the forota so he never has to deal with it again; but the best keyboard was the invex hard and silent Honeywell 101WN; R. I. P.;
that mouse is great but .
The Dell Peripheral Manager application is really good for this. I turned off the click wheel on the mouse, it' s too sensitive, now it' s cool
The application shows the battery status of the kbd mouse, but according to the datasheet it will last 36 months! (don' t usually put NiMH in there, they discharge themselves in a month, better LR-6 1.5V alkaline)
Editing Fn keys allows you to remap them to some special application (and switch FN+ESC)
(minor) after a month and a half, the wheel started to go crazy, probably the angular axis will quickly revive there. it is better to fix it NOW with Teflon plumber' s tape or stick it (1 screw under the Teflon sticker, it can be returned). according to yt: xZcQnfiLZHs

Not bad in this price range, I wanted a white one, so there isn't that much of an offer among the whites.
The keyboard seems to have worse transitions between the buttons, but I guess I'll get used to that, however, it seems a bit unergonomic for my wrist. The mouse is not rounded enough for me, I will have to add a mouse pad with wrist rest. Probably fine overall considering the price, but I personally would reach for a higher category next time.
