My piece started having a problem with one key after a month of work. She returned to the basic position with a delay. Thinking that there was trash under it, I tried to clean the space under it. Unfortunately, the key cover fell off and could not be put back on. However, there was no junk under the key, the delayed return was a manufacturing defect. They refused to acknowledge the complaint on the DELL hotline and they do not have a repair shop. Even though I' m careful about trash, cleaning the space under the keys has always been easy.
