I was impressed with the laptop at first, but after about a month of use I encountered a few glitches. The most acute defect is a poorly functioning touchpad - sometimes it freezes, sometimes it does what it wants (spontaneously clicks and marks text). I found this to be a fairly common fault with Inspiron models (Dell forum), which was very disappointing as the device is not exactly the cheapest. Additionally, some updates via Windows Update resulted in strange app and driver behaviours, leading to BlueScreen. I don't know if I would buy the device again, because the performance is sufficient.
