The backpack looks nice in the photos, but in real life it is just an "ordinary" backpack like any other. I mean, in the photos it looks like it holds its shape nicely and is padded, in reality it's just a regular "bag" like any other. So unfortunately we return, the photo and the reality is completely different - as it happens quite often.
