What I miss most about the dock is the audio I had on the old one (I have a permanently connected wired headset and speakers). Because of this, I also miss more USB-A ports, after connecting a keyboard, mouse and external sound system, only 2 USB-C ports were left. Otherwise, the dock is working fine.
