Everything is great, installation can be handled by a slightly more technically savvy layman. I have it on an i5 and there's no way the fan has to run at full speed, even when I'm pushing it to max performance for over an hour.

For the price, a fine cooler
For budget processors a great alternative to stock coolers
Insufficient for 105W 7600x. Functional, but noisy.

It keeps the Ryzen 5 5600 cool without a problem, the heat conductive paste is supplied in a small plastic package.
There is a manual in the box, Deepcool even has installation instructions on YouTube. Ryzen 5 5600 in a case with good airflow,
idle: 28-32°C
load on all fibres: max 72°C (benchmark Cinebench R23) [72°C for Ryzen under load is still "cold"]
Cools the Ryzen 5600 just fine
Price good for the performance
Quite easy to install
