In conjunction with the connector (AlzaPower Patch CAT6 UTP RJ45 8p8c unshielded folded wire 100-pack), absolutely fine, no problem.

It works as it should, it's not unruly, it just (I suppose like every CAT 6) sticks badly into the RJ-45. However, I recommend e.g. these connectors, tried and tested, work well with it (although it's a little hell to crimp it): 10-pack, Datacom RJ45, CAT6, UTP, 8p8c, unshielded, stacked, wire -https://www.alza.cz/datacom-rj45-cat6-utp-8p8c-nestineny-skladany-na-drat-d301623. htm
Works well if your goal is not to have a turn radius under 1 cm
Dark grey paint is very visible on white walls, if you bring out the moulding somewhere visibly
