Antenna cannot be rotated in multiple directions
If you have an inverted USB input at the back of the PC you will be forced to have the antenna straight because it won't fold down for other connected inputs (keyboard, mouse) but it also depends on how you have the rear part arranged. Originally I thought that the antenna would be tilted upwards which unfortunately is not possible because of the reversed USB. If you have the same problem it would probably be better to solve it with some USB extension cable and attaching the antenna outside the PC
