After a week of thorough daily use, I can see the difference, my teeth were really quite yellow from smoking, coffee, tea and now they are a little whiter and more pearly. I believe that in a month the effect will be even better. This is the third gentle whitening type paste I've tried and so far with the best results. The toothpaste also prevents plaque build-up quite a bit and has the right properties when cleaning, the taste is cool too, mild menthol with a hint of citrus.
