so far it works and I haven't found any problems, but so far I'm just trying it out/I have a short
probably the price (I found a similar dongle on competitive shops more expensive)
automatically driver for Win10 (drivers also available for older Windows)
2.4G&5G WiFi support
small/small
if it is further away from the router and through the walls, the signal strength is weak (compared to the internal 2.4G wifi in the laptop), so it goes fast only in direct visibility
for linux you need to download the driver and make a compilation (but the installation guide with the driver is on the manufacturer's website; I haven't unzipped the attached CD yet, newer PC/laptops don't have CD drives anymore)

Speeds untested, the goal was to have any wifi instead of the dysfunctional integrated wifi. But until I disabled it in Bios, no USB Wifi dongle was running. Windows didn't mind, Linux was sensitive to it.
At Zorin 18 (core 6.17. x) works natively

works as it should
problem with wifi 5g. I solved the problem with The 5GHz "Problem" For Wi-Fi Networks: DFS
https://wifinigel.blogspot.com/2018/05/the-5ghz-problem-for-wi-fi-networks-dfs. html. It helped to set up the 5G channels on my router from 36, 40, 44 and 48. Then everything is OK

I'm not satisfied. I bought it to boost wifi on an older PC in places where newer devices don' t have a signal problem. However, it seems to me that the device picks up the signal even worse than my old PC. The signal keeps dropping out.
