For the price it's not bad at all, the soundbar sounds clear, the subwoofer has nice bass, the overall sound is quite balanced (and the treble and bass are adjustable). I use it as the center channel in a 5.1 setup.
It makes noise at the bluetooth and analog input, which can be heard from close up, so I would not recommend placing it on a table under the monitor. It's fine from a distance. With HDMI input it may suck a little less, but watch out for the grabber see below:
It tends to switch off after a few seconds when the input signal is weak (which is a problem with silent passages of the film)
