Just for the sake of completeness, as it may not be entirely clear from the description: has 2 inputs (USB-C and audio 3.5 mm jack) on the back and one headphone output (audio 3.5 mm jack) on the side.
It works without any problems (I tried connecting via USB with PC and via audio cable with monitor to which I have a set-top box).
Size and weight suits my needs.
The volume control is great.
Switches on the side around the volume control (if you can't see them, they're not easy to see and switch by touch).
Slightly worse sound compared to the Edifier G2000. I wanted a soundbar replacement just for them, but I won't trade them for the GS3. The sound of the GS3 is so tinny, the G2000s have better bass. For the undemanding user who appreciates compact size or backlighting, probably fine, otherwise it's not for some decent music listening.
Handy speaker that replaced my monitor speaker for the exchange. It plays exactly as expected for the price. Downstairs has colored lighting in several modes, but fortunately they are off. I have it connected via USB cable to the power supply but it can also connect via Bluetooth. But the cable still needs power because it doesn't have a battery. However I just have it wired anyway so I don't mind. On the right side it has a volume wheel which is not hardware so the sound is changed through the system. This eliminates the double setup. there are other buttons, the aforementioned lighting, input switching and some bass something. But the sound sounds weird in this mode so I don't use it.
It is usually at a great price in promotions, but even without promotions the price is pretty good
