This applies twice to this product.
Equalizer and Sx-Fi looks like a common SW issue, but it' s enough for those who need it.
Absolutely no connection outages. All problems only concern the device and not the headphones.

if you accidentally turn off noise cancellation - you will never turn it on again. does not respond, instead of doing what it keeps connecting / disconnecting Bluetooth. which I don' t understand at all - it' s starting to make more noise than the surroundings. in this mode noisy bus - a quiet room where there is nothing.

Excellent sound quality across the spectrum. Powerful bass, balanced mids and highs. Dialogues understandable. During the call, the subscriber gave a muffled voice (as in tunnels), but it was even one attempt. Headphones were purchased to listen to music while traveling, so this potential shortcoming is irrelevant to me. The headphones filter the ambient noise well, Ambilight mode is also a good tool. Listening to music in uncompressed format is a real experience.
I definitely recommend the purchase, I would definitely buy them again.
