I have returned this and ordered the Ferret Pro and it works wonderfully for me, even if the resolution is less. Also the Ferret can be used with a mobile phone and wirelessly which is an incredible feature to have. I have tried the Otter on a macbook m4 and an Acer Ryzen 5 gaming laptop. I believe that some of the issues I experienced with the Otter might be due to my hardware not being fast enough, even if it meets the requirements stated by the manufacturer. I think that a much faster computer could potentially keep up with the high data stream coming from the Otter and some of the tracking and ghosting issues could be mitigated, but this is just a hypothesis - Ideally someone with much better hardware could write a comment detailing their experience. In the meantime I hope this helps other people make better informed decisions.
