The hairpin at the end of the cables before the connector to the motherboard is too big and then it is difficult to do the cable management.

The fan is said to spin up to 60% load. I don't think it's ever spun before, so it doesn't make any noise.
I don't know if any power supplies have longer cables, but they should. For example. the cable to the CPU is just barely.
