The headphones were once claimed due to a broken plastic beam at the back of the head. Now for a change, the pads that sit on the ears come out of their attachment. The product probably wouldn't be so bad if it didn't break all the time and had a better quality microphone. I wouldn't expect these problems with branded headphones.
As I described in the pros and cons - these are really high quality headphones. As far as the microphone goes, though, it's the worst one of all. I've had many headphones and my previous Corsairy were HS55 (wired) which were sufficient. But I wanted wireless, so after a good experience with the HS55, I got the HS65 Wireless. After this experience, I will never buy Corsair headphones again. Mice and keyboards do great, but headphones aren't worth much: )

Worst microphone on the planet. After about three days of use, it started squeaking like a pussy. I immediately returned it and will probably get the SteelSeries Nova 5. This is an embarrassment for Corsair.
Very pleasant headphones with a nice design, but the quality of the 7.1 didn' t suit me at all, and re-pairing via bluetooth (in the case of being far away) often gave me some bug with the microphone. I haven' t tested it in a long time and rather returned it.

I had the opportunity to use the Logitech G535, Arctis Nova 7x and Corsair HS65 Wireless at the same time for about a week - I kept the Corsair headphones. They were the best fit on my head, they have bt + 2.4ghz, I use them exclusively on PC so I don't miss the wider platform support compared to Arctis. In comparison without equalizer the Arctis sound better and clearer, with the equalizer (on both headphones) the sound is subjectively comparable. I was surprised by the difference in wireless range - in my environment the Arctis suffered from some interference, which I did not observe with the Corsair. But the main parameter that decided was the comfort of wearing.

I think they play very well. Great for playing and ropes. The position on the head is comfortable, the ears are completely covered. The microphone is fine. For discord, skype and TS, totally cool. I bought them unwrapped, and indeed they were unwrapped, but otherwise with original stickers and such. Great choice. In the pictures is the iCue environment with settings and personalized SoundID setup. I recommend
