Bought out of necessity after an evga supernova explosion. I would definitely not recommend the PSU - for the i7-11700(max 180W) + 6750XT(undervolt, up to 200W) setup it is unsatisfactory, and the price won't save it. In medium load, it heats up and the fan hums like hell.

After three months it clicks, it's going to be reclaimed
fan noise from medium load (runs at about 400-450W), I can't imagine what it would do at >600W
it heats like a stove, it gets really hot

I really regret choosing this CX series. I have from Corsair, for example RM850x and works great, I thought I could trust this brand, but there are huge differences between editions. For my future self: Do not take CX, watch reviews and models.

Very noisy. The fan spins like crazy and even more so under load. The loudest part in the set. Louder than usual cheap sources from another price category.
