The salt shaker is great. Solid metal construction, great to sit in. People write that it squeaks, but I don't have that problem with it yet, but I've only had it for a short time so I'll see if there are any glitches.
Neck and lumbar supports (pillows) included.
I personally have the cloth covers and they can be taken off and washed, there is a zipper on them.
The 180° tilt is a great option, but the chair at its maximum angle is just enough to roll out of, but if you have something to prop it up on, you can sleep on it: D
It's not much of a negative, but it's a lot of "fun" when folding, but it can be done.
