The keyboard was only quiet for the first week. I've had this set for 2 years now and the keyboard is getting noisier when typing. Especially larger keys like spacebar and enter.
After about 1 minute, it turns off and the cursor yishes and does not respond to movements. It has to be woken up by clicking - I got used to this very quickly and I don't even notice it when I'm working. It only happens when I'm out for a run or longer writing. But it's not for games
multimedia keys on the sides bothered me at first and I accidentally pressed them instead of the keys I would look for on the edge of the keyboard (esc, tab, caps lock, shift, ctrl)
