great for toast and waffles
heats up quickly
easy to clean
replaceable plates
it is really only for toast, for example, you can't bake tortillas in it because they don't fit and the hinges are falling off

I complained about the toaster because the underside of the hob started to get dirty after a while and let out a kind of grey-silver spray. Fingers, dishes, everything dirty. Complaint accepted, product replaced, unfortunately the second piece started to get dirty right after the first wash. So I'm going to complain again.
The first "firing" of the toaster is a real treat. I had to put both devices under the hood, otherwise my whole apartment would smell of burnt rubber, it smokes a lot, one has the feeling that it is a defect of the device (I would not be surprised if it really was).
number of hotplates
non-adhesion
after washing, the underside of the hotplates stains fingers and other dishes with some poor quality spray (grey-silver), definitely a health hazard
Turning it on for the first time is like taking the whole product and throwing it in the stove. The "burning" is really quite intense, the smoke, the smell of burnt rubber, again nothing that should be healthy. I had to put the product under the hood

After a minor modification, bending the loops that hold the plates because they were jumping out, I am satisfied, Sandwiches are made quickly. Warm up also quickly in about 2min. I recommend the purchase.
It's good for sandwiches and sausages.
Quickly warmed up.
I recommend it.
I had to mechanically adjust the lugs that hold the plates because they were falling out.
