I was pleased with the quiet operation and unlike other kettles the beeping is not so annoying. I use a temperature of max. 90°C - the water will still reach the boiling point, but the kettle will shut off faster. At full boil it takes a really long time to shut off. In addition, the kettle is DANGEROUS because of the sizzling water (even though there is quite a bit of it). Think carefully about your purchase.
